– İŞKUR On-the-Job Training Program Consultancy (IEP)
-On-the-Job Training Program is a job-on-the-job learning program that aims to reinforce one’s professional knowledge by practicing and learn by seeing the work and production processes personally. Within the scope of the program, which is available to employers with at least 2 insured employees, you can request participants up to 30% of your employee number.
-Within the scope of practical training and internship opportunities for each course, no labor fee will be paid for workers who will work 8 hours a day in approximately 6 months.
During the course, Toric and Practical training will be covered by İŞKUR and the costs of the training will not be paid.
-With the training to be given, your personnel will receive the Occupational Compliance Certificate without paying any price before starting work in accordance with the Heavy and Dangerous Works regulation.
-With the theoretical trainings to be given to the workers, the orientation and occupational safety training of the workers will be completed, the training on the machines and products used
At the end of the training, workforce will be saved with your conscious and trained worker potential, and thus the production cost will be reduced.
