In order to benefit from the program, there is an obligation to commit at least 50% employment and to employ participants for at least the duration of the program.
In case of benefiting from this program, the enterprise will earn 3.500 TL per month for a worker, and if the program is completed, the employer will be able to benefit from the premium support for 24-48 months. Vocational Training Program; It varies depending on the Training Module and is a maximum of six months, but afterwards, the support can be increased up to 12 months by applying on-the-job training program.
