With the increase in the monthly minimum wage as of July 1, 2022, the minimum wage amount to be paid to foreign nationals to be employed has also increased. Accordingly, the minimum wage to be paid to foreigners to be employed according to the job and sector is as follows:
– 6.5 times the minimum wage for senior managers, pilots and engineers and architects requesting preliminary permission,
– 4 times the minimum wage for unit or branch managers, engineers and architects,
– 3 times the minimum wage for foreigners who will work in jobs that require expertise and mastery, and will work as teachers and psychologists, physiotherapists, musicians and stage performers,
– At least the minimum wage for foreigners to be employed in domestic services,
– For foreigners who will work in other professions (such as salesperson, marketing-export officer) other than those listed above, the minimum wage should be 1.5 times.
– 2 times the minimum wage for foreigners who will work in tourism-animation organization companies as acrobats and similar titles, and for foreigners who will work in jobs such as masseurs, masseuses and SPA therapists.
