Turkish Employment Agency (ISKUR for short), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, is a public institution working to increase employment throughout Turkey. One of the services provided by İŞKUR is to mediate the recruitment services of employers.
Recruitment for Public Bodies
Public institutions looking for personnel can submit their workforce requests by registering directly to the system by becoming a member of İŞKUR’s internet portal, or they can submit them by using all kinds of communication channels/tools and place an advertisement for the workforce they want.
After the announcements are approved by the experts of the Agency, they are published on İŞKUR’s website. At the end of the application period, public institutions can determine the workers they will employ among the candidates on the lists sent by İŞKUR, using the methods specified in the relevant regulation.
Personnel Search for Private Sector
Private Sector companies can meet their labor demands by registering directly to the system by becoming a member of İŞKUR’s Internet portal, or they can choose among the candidates registered with İŞKUR by submitting them to the Institution by using all kinds of communication channels/tools and by placing an advertisement in İŞKUR for the workforce with the desired qualifications.
