With the Decision of the First Chamber of the Board of Judges and Prosecutors of Republic of Turkey, whic is being published in the Turkish Official Gazette dated 30th of November 2021, an important decision regarding the specialised courts is being given. According to the decision, the specialised courts to handle with the cases regulated by the Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Act No. 6356 are being determined.
Accordingly, the courts that will specialize in trade unionism and deal with these disputes are as follows:
