The Turquality Support Program, which entered into force on November 23, 2004, is one of the important supports given to businesses in Turkey. Thanks to the Turquality Program, the Turkish state supports businesses to expand abroad and create brands on a global scale.
The Turquality Program is a program implemented to ensure that companies become a global player with their own brands in international markets, as well as providing their managerial knowledge, institutionalization and development.
The Turquality Programme supports to the participants are mainly as follows:
Promotion / Advertising / Marketing / Public Relations -Overseas Unit Location Research, Rent: -Store Decoration Expenses -Showroom / Desk / Gondola / Shelf / Sales Areas Rental Expenses -Showroom / Desk / Gondola / Shelf / Sales Areas Installation and Decoration Expenses -Fashion , Industrial Product Designer, Engineers Cook/Chef Gross Salary -Brand Registration and Protection, Patent, Utility Model and Industrial Design Registration -Quality, Hygiene, Environmental Documents and Signs -Decoration Expenses within the Scope of Franchising -Rent Expenses within the Scope of Franchising -Consulting Expenses -Software License expenses.
With the Decision on Export Supports numbered 5973 which is being published in the Turkish Official Gazette dated 17 August 2022, some changes have been made about Turquality and Export Supports.
With the last amendment, the expenses related to consultancy, informatics, production development, transportation for abroad and export, accommodation, fair participation, company and brand purchase, rental, architectural and concept design, decoration, research, documentation and licensing, promotion and marketing, registration, global supply chain will be kept to be supported by the Ministry of Commerce for the Turquality Programme participants.
With the last decision, new incentives are brought in the following areas and the Turquality Program is being expanded:
1- Turquality supports to be given have been converted into Turkish Lira.
2- Consultancy support was provided for the preparation of a market entry project.
3- Support for export consortia was introduced.
4- Multi-channel chain store support has been introduced.
5- Domestic fair support was introduced.
